The BWell365 Education Fund exists to cultivate holistic well-being in historically marginalized communities by restoring access to wellness education, healing spaces, and systems-level solutions. We believe healing is foundational to equity, justice, and collective liberation.
Key Initiatives:
Healing Justice Framework: BWell365 integrates the Eight Pillars of Wellness—emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial wellness—as vital tools for healing.
Training Programs: Offers training for HR practitioners and executives on wellness and guides the integration of wellness into organizations.
Community Engagement: Provides retreats, conferences, and coaching to foster rest, reflection, and innovation on wellness as a daily practice across industries.
Impact: BWell365 supports healthy families, enhances workplaces, and advances the human condition by reducing health disparities, strengthening communities, and offering economic benefits through improved well-being.

Services
To operationalize Healing Justice and embed wellness practices into everyday life, BWell365 offers a range of immersive experiences such as retreats, conferences, and coaching programs. These programs provide participants with the opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life and engage in reflection, rest, and realignment.
Through these immersive and experiential programs, BWell365 provides individuals and organizations with the tools to put wellness and healing justice into action, ensuring that they are not only learning about wellness but actively integrating it into their lives and work.

Coaching Programs provide personalized support to HR practitioners, executive leaders, and organizational decision-makers. By equipping these leaders with the tools to integrate wellness into their organizational cultures, BWell365 ensures that wellness principles are not just individual practices but are embedded into workplace environments. This support helps organizations build more inclusive, empathetic, and sustainable work cultures that benefit both employees and employers.

Conferences serve as platforms for dialogue, collaboration, and innovation.
